Our Process
From requesting your estimate to the final rinse and walk through, Pristine Pool Tiles provides a detailed focus, premium restoration experience.
Day of Service
On the day of service our team will arrive on time and fully prepared with a clear gameplan to service your pool tiles and water features. They will start by lowering the water level of the pool. We try to conserve as much water as possible by only lowering the water level 4"- 6". This gives us a dry and clear work area for cleaning.
Let the Magic Begin
Once our team gets the pool water lowered to the appropriate level, a qualified technician will perform a small test blast to confirm ideal pressure and setting of our equipment. We then fine tune our equipment, so the process is properly matched to your tile and grout. We do this to ensure the calcium is removed effectively while the surface is handled with care throughout the cleaning process. We DO NOT use GLASS MEDIA! Glass media can damage or etch your glass tile, the media we use is a mineral that is pH neutral and water soluble and softer than glass so it's safe to use on all surfaces.
Clean Up
After our team completes the blasting process our goal is to leave your property and the area around the pool as clean, if not cleaner then when we arrived. We will pressure wash and brush the area around the pool to remove any dust or left over media from the pool area.
The Final Steps
In the final steps to our process, we will do one more final rinse of the tiles and features that were serviced to remove any media left behind from pressure washing and cleaning around the pool. We finish by vacuuming the pool and doing one final brush. Your pool will fully recover after 24 hours of normal pool operation.
